The Giant STP is an aluminum ALUXX / SL / Includes mountain/freestyle/bmx bike frame. I bent the rear rim it needs to be replaced landed sideways one too many times trying 180's and I weigh 220lbs so I beat on it pretty hard to get it to die. I didn't get to put much time in on it since I bought it right before the end of riding season and it spent a lot of time being disabled. Oh and when I went single speed I had the bike shop put a longer rear brake cable on so I can kinda barspin. The front brake is off too haven't done any riding since I did that so I don't know if I am going to like it very much. GIANT STP 1 FULL
I switched to singlespeed so no more broken hangers, I took the chainguide off today since it isn't really necessary being a singlespeed. The Good: Besides that full suspension typo this new frame for the stp looking sweet. Frame geometry designed around 26-inch wheels, for a confident, stable and smooth ride. I don't have much to compare it too this is my first DJ bike I came from bmx, My wrists are loving the suspension for the drops I do off loading docks and what not. The STP is compatible with a dropper seatpost, for riders who are ready to take the next step on their mountain biking journeys.

Guys at the bike shop couldn't believe I was snapping them just from bunny hopping and hitting small about 4ft long table tops. Have you had any trouble with the derailuer hanger breaking?
